The eastern Westphalia company BURY is bringing the follow-up model of the successful CV 9040 on to the market – the new Plug & Play hands-free CV 9040 Plus offers a completely new design as well as numerous enhanced functions.

The mobile bluetooth hands-free kit with DialogPlus voice control and touchscreen has highly precise and quick word recognition with visual and audible user support. The phone can be operated completely through voice commands. However, for those who prefer visual support, all functions are also available through the high-responsive touchscreen.

More elegance and comfort

The follow-up model to the successful CV 9040 has an elegant black casing. Furthermore the CV 9040 Plus has additional impressive functions: say the magic word to activate the voice control, connect two mobiles to the system at the same time, record telephone calls and leave information for other drivers - the new CV 9040 Plus offers all this. The hands-free kit can be set up quickly and conveniently with the sun visor clip supplied and can also be used in another vehicle in seconds.

The voice operation of the hands-free kit can be started as if by magic through the "magic word" function. Simply say "activate voice command" and away you go. Using this function the driver can keep both hands on the wheel and conveniently make use of the hands-free kit with the renowned, unequalled BURY speech quality.

Record notes and use multiple mobile phones

With the innovative "voice note" function, important information can be saved promptly and without risk to you or others. Private notes, such as addresses, telephone numbers or websites can be recorded very simply while driving without having to reach for a pen and paper. You can even record telephone calls. Should more than one user share a car, you can also leave messages for them. These general voice notes are particularly important for those who own commercial vehicles who are constantly being driven by different people. So for example, the speaker-phone can warn the driver that the fuel tank is empty.

Now with the "multipoint" function, multiple mobile phones can be easily operated with the system in the hands-free mode, for example a personal and work mobile phone. There is the option to end the first call at short notice and answer the second call immediately. The "multipoint" function can only be activated when there are at least two mobile phones entered in the telephone list.

Perfect communication when you're on the move

CV 9040 Plus has many extra features. For example you can save 10 user profiles with a total of 15,000 contacts or even the possibility of setting 150 individual Voice Tags. Other convenient functions include call-switching and the conference calling for up to 7 participants. The multilingual speech genie understands German, English, French and Dutch. The driver can switch between the individual languages in seconds.

With the help of the text-to-speech function the hands-free kit reads out text messages clearly and comprehensively. Hands stay on the wheel and eyes stay on the road. Incoming text messages are displayed on the screen. The phone recognises all common abbreviations and read these out as full words. A total of 100 SMS can be saved. For incoming calls the name of the caller is spoken and also displayed on the screen. If the telephone number of the caller is not saved in contacts, only the number appears on the display. The call can be accepted or rejected through a voice command. Automatic answering is also possible.

Flexible and can be used everywhere

Whether in the car, at home or at the office, thanks to the compact causing with integrated speakerphone, microphone and battery the mobile hands-free equipment can be used practically everywhere. The diverse attachment options ensure maximum flexibility and optimal view in traffic. Simple to attach, on the sun visor, the windscreen or open out on the dashboard. The integrated positioning sensor knows if the device is turned round and automatically adjusts the display by 180˚.

CV 9040 Plus will be available in qualified specialist retails from June priced at approximately 169 Euro (RRP).
