Job description
is based on creating Software for devices in terms of telematics and hands-free devices/ multimedia.  Therefore, a person in this position is at the same time a contact person who is responsible for tools of Software development, design support and starting up and also carrying out Software-Hardware integration.

Requirements: In order to work in this position you must have experience in a similar hardware to software development as well as knowledge of the specification and design of software modules as well as mastering C / C ++ programming language. In addition, the ideal candidate should also have experience with working with the operating systems used in the automotive environment. Readiness to work on a team as well as knowledge of the English language constitute the perfect complement to the qualificat.

Teamleader Electronics Development 
in Automotive (m/f/d)


Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supporting workers in the area of electronics development
  • Supervision of projects in the conceptual phase until the start of production
  • Cooperation in all development areas (design, implementation, documentation, tests)
  • Cooperation on creating multimedia systems for the automotive area
  • Interface for internal and external development partners
  • Arranging, assessment and approval of the customer specific requirements as part of cooperation with customers and internal development divisions

Requirements:
  • Completed studies with the diploma in engineering (University of Technology) with a specialization in electrotechnics/communication technology/information technology or possessing comparable education
  • Experience with Software and Hardware development
  • Experience with managing and leading projects or experience with leading the team responsible for small and medium projects
  • Customer orientation as part of project execution, communicative skills as well as easiness in establishing contacts and powers of persuasion
  • Organisational talent, ability to work in a structured way
  • Ability to build the team and motivational skills
  • Analytical and creative skills, a way of thinking focused on working out solutions
  • A pragmatic, responsible and transparent way of carrying one’s duties
  • A very good knowledge of the German language and the English language as well
