What we are most proud of

The proof of our outstanding quality management system is illustrated by the standards achieved and maintained by BURY, together with the possession of certificates such as CE, e1, ISO 9001.

In addition to this, at the beginning of 2003, BURY became one of the first companies on the market to meet the requirements of the ISO TS 16949 standard (currently in version IATF 16949:2016).

The IATF 16949 standard is a set of existing general requirements for quality management systems in the automotive industry. The aim of this standard is to develop a quality management system that ensures continuous improvement. It focuses on preventing errors and reducing variability and losses in the supply chain. The standard supports the correction and improvement of processes to thereby increase customer satisfaction, identify errors and risks in the production process and supply chain. It leads to the removal of causes of errors and verifies corrective and preventive actions taken towards their effectiveness.

International Quality Management Standard ISO 9001 is the most important as well as the most widely used globally recognized standard for quality management. ISO 9001 defines requirements regarding a quality management system, which companies must implement in order to meet customer expectations and other requirements regarding product and service quality. This process oriented quality management system accompanies and tests all significant company operation processes.

  • TISAX label

The implemented and certified Information Security Management System in accordance with the German VDA-ISA standard guarantees the highest security of customer and organizational data and prototypes during product development and mass production. Obtaining the TISAX label allows the company to meet customers’ information security requirements and receive new projects.

  • Automotive SPICE

The Automotive SPICE standard is mainly concerned with system, software, testing and project management based on the established V model for SPICE processes. The purpose of the standard is to evaluate and improve software development processes. Automotive SPICE has been defined by OEM customers for embedded software device vendors, a condition of customer-supplier cooperation. BURY has been approved by customer and third-party evaluations to lead projects with embedded software at Automotive SPICE Level 2, and is currently in the process of implementing Level 3.

  • Cyber Security Management System

The ISO 21434-compliant CSMS Cyber Security Management System is concerned with ensuring the cyber security of products in development, production and in vehicles moving on the roads.
