Sales Manager - Automotive OEMs

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our OEM sales efforts in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing BURY’s account in USA through the development and execution of a regional strategic plan
  • Align these growth strategies with HQ Sales to identify and capitalize on any synergies which exist
  • Drive sales growth through the development of key partnerships in the customer organization
  • Manage the customer relationship with a focus on technical and commercial decision makers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science in a technical or business discipline
  • 5+years of relevant sales/account management experience in the automotive industry (OEMs) with a focus on technical sales is required
  • Knowledge of the automotive value chain and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed (within the USA and occasionally internationally)
  • Polish and/or German language is an asset
