Junior Product Manager, Product Manager

As a global automotive supplier regarding our new investment in China we are looking for candidates for the position:

•Very good knowledge of English (mother tongue Chinese), knowledge of Polish language is a plus
•5 years of experience in the automotive industry or similar in at least one of the engineering positions in the field of project / program management, product development, process, production and assembly planning, quality, purchasing
•Knowledge of the methodology and tools for project / program management or at least 3 years of experience in the position of project / program manager (qualifications proven by PMP certificate)
•Practical knowledge of automotive industry standards in the area of advanced quality planning (APQP) and ensuring maturity levels for new parts (VDA MLA)
•Knowledge of Automotive SPICE standards and products to the extent necessary for the role assigned to the project
•Knowledge of customer-specific requirements depending on the assigned customer projects / programs
•Basic knowledge of the calculation and estimation of project costs and their control in the project / program phase
•Ability to effectively apply processes, methods and techniques to analyse and solve problems
•Ability to present and communicate the project/programme related data, its current status and implemented tasks to the management, top management and leadership of the organization and the project team.
•Ability to effectively plan the tasks and work of the project team in relation to basic planning and team management tools
•Basic knowledge of technical drawing, electronic and mechanical documentation
•Practical knowledge of the MS Project program
•Ability to work under time pressure, define priorities and delegate tasks
•Independence, high culture and very good work organization

Job description:
•Management of the project/program in order to achieve and monitor the defined objectives;
•Timely reporting of the results achieved in accordance with the KPIs defined for the position and in accordance with the agreed targets and standards defined by the company;
•Preparation of project / program schedule according to the adopted standard and ensuring the timely implementation of the schedule;
•Manage the realization of all requested work products on time and in accordance with the quality requirements within the framework of a project / program and in accordance with the PEP standard and customer requirements
•Delivering the work products resulting from the role performed in the project / program on time and in accordance with the quality requirements
