Job description:
Preparation and implementation of tasks in the Production Division:
− Accepting and making key decisions in the preparation of the production plan
− Supervising the implementation of the production plan in accordance with the agreed delivery dates
− Requesting the implementation of the production plan in the scope of taking special measures (increasing resources, cooperation, etc.)
− Deciding and actively participating in the optimization of production processes
– (preparing schedules, reorganization plans, production processes, implementing changes)
Quality supervision in the Production Division:
− Supervision of production quality and adherence to quality indicators
− Supervision of handling of non-compliant products
− Supervision of corrective actions resulting from Customers and Quality Systems audits
− Responsibility for maintaining appropriate standards/norms resulting from the specifics of production and customer requirements, e.g. ESD protection, handling of components, materials, equipment, organization of the production site, transport of subassemblies, etc
Preparation, implementation and creation of the budget in the Production Division:
− Creation of the investment budget of the division
− Supervision and coordination of implementation of investment plans in accordance with the budget
− Supervision of budget implementation
Other:
− Accepting the settlement of hours worked by employees
− Deciding, giving opinions and active participation in new projects implemented in the company; e.g.: Quality Module, Identification, etc.
− Supervising the implementation of new products into the production process
− Supervising the selective collection of waste by organizational units generating waste and its clear labeling
− Supervising the maintenance of appropriate ESD protection in production areas
