We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our OEM sales efforts in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing BURY’s account in USA through the development and execution of a regional strategic plan
- Align these growth strategies with HQ Sales to identify and capitalize on any synergies which exist
- Drive sales growth through the development of key partnerships in the customer organization
- Manage the customer relationship with a focus on technical and commercial decision makers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in a technical or business discipline
- 5+years of relevant sales/account management experience in the automotive industry (OEMs) with a focus on technical sales is required
- Knowledge of the automotive value chain and industry dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed (within the USA and occasionally internationally)
- Polish and/or German language is an asset
